I totally agree with what you wrote. Ever since I fixed my routine and started getting some morning sunlight almost every day, I've been feeling so much better.

Yesssss! That’s the thing with morning light. It doesn’t need you to believe in it. It just works. Appreciate you sharing that. Most people know the fix. You actually did it. Keep showing up for the light. It’ll keep showing up for you.

I love the term Evolutionary Mismatch. This is a big thing happening right now, impacting many aspects of our lives, and in a way it generates the question you are asking..."why am I so tired?"...and it is a real question. In times where in theory everything is so comfortable and easy...why do you hear so many people complaining about this. It's quite the paradox now. And exercise is something that for example gets sent last...unfortunately! great post!

You summed up the whole thing perfectly. The paradox of comfort is real. We've made everything easier except the act of being alive. And now we're tired in ways no amount of sleep can fix because the problem isn't rest. It's rhythm. We overcomplicate what's ancient. Sunlight. Movement. Consistency. Those aren't wellness trends. They're baseline human requirements that we've somehow turned into optional extras. We can't negotiate with biology. We can't engineer our way out of it.
